Major Sponsor		Conference Program Preparation and Printing	$10,000 USA	Sponsor name/logo on program, 1 free exhibition booth all 4 days, 2 free full conference registrations
Sponsor		Exhibit Booth space in foyer of conference venue for duration of conference	$2500 USA	Exclusive use of exhibition space for 4 days of conference, 1 free full registration
Sponsor		Plenary Lecturers (support costs associated with attendance of plenary lecturers)	$2000 USA	Acknowledgement at session and in conference program.
Contributor		Poster Prize(s) – Prizes for best, 2nd and 3rd poster.  Sponsors may select evaluation committee.	~$750 USA each	Acknowledgement in conference program, presents prizes
Contributor		Student Prize(s) – Prize(s) for best oral presentation and 2nd place prize by registered full-time students. Contributor may select evaluation committee	~$750 USA each	Acknowledgement in conference program, presents prizes
