Accompanying Persons Program

The following activities are included in the program:

Monday, September 15, 2008
6:00 – 8:00pm – Welcome Reception at Hotel Arizona

Tuesday, September 16, 2008
9:00am - Depart Hotel Arizona with a guide on a walking tour of Historic Downtown Tucson. You will explore sights and sounds of the Old Pueblo. Lunch will be provided at Old Town Artisans. You will return to the Hotel Arizona by approximately 1:30pm.

Wednesday, September 17, 2008
1:00pm - Depart Hotel Arizona via coach for a choice of off-site tours visiting the Sonoran Desert Museum or the Pima Air and Space Museum. You will return to the Hotel Arizona by approximately 5:00pm.

Thursday, September 18, 2008
9:00am - Depart the Hotel Arizona via bus on a day trip visiting the historic Mission San Xavier del Bac. After the visit you will drive to the arts community of Tubac, a Spanish presidio now showcasing more than 90 galleries and shops. Lunch provided in Tubac. You will return to the Hotel Arizona by approximately 5:00pm.

7:00pm – 11:00pm –Conference banquet.
